For almost a decade, the Mon River Fleet ‘s programs and services have been brought into the community through funding by the McKeesport Hospital Foundation (MHF) and the Pennsylvania Health and Community and Economic Development Departments. For example, the Fleet has reached nearly 15,000 residents through its annual Influenza initiative with the Pennsylvania Health Department, Immunizations Division, and over 600 residents through its diabetes prevention program with the Pennsylvania Health Department, Chronic Disease and Prevention Division. In addition, more than 1,000 residents are provided access to Fleet services each year through the MHCP SHIP Referral Center, as a result of our partnership with the Pennsylvania Community and Economic Development Department.  

Your tax-deductible contributions are needed to preserve the Fleet’s services and programs in the future. Each gift received by the McKeesport Hospital Foundation for the Mon River Fleet will be graciously acknowledged and put to good use, no matter how large or small. Year-end contributors will be acknowledged in a special section designed specifically for the Fleet website.

All donations are welcome. Business donations of $1,000, $2,000, $3,000 or more, will receive a complimentary advertisement on the Fleet website provided by HRB Computers. The business donations will provide advertisements for 1, 3, and 6 month periods.
